About the Founder

I have always had a natural affinity for organizing and a true love of creating an inspiring place.  So, 4 years ago, I created a company and a life that would help me to expand my skills – Positive Place Design.  But how can I help you?  What can I or any of my trained Organizers do to help you to stop feeling stressed, embarrassed or overwhelmed (even guilty!)  by your ‘stuff’? Your piles of clothes, books, papers, whatever, that have taken over your home?  Why should you pick up that phone or send an email asking me for help? 

Because I know that being organized is not some special gift that only a few people are born with.  I know that, usually, it is the space or the home or your hectic schedule that is to blame for the clutter and mess that is causing you so much distress.  I know how to teach, coach, inspire and motivate you to get organized.  These are my gifts and talents.  There are lessons and systems that you have never been taught that I can show you!  I, and all of my Organizers, know how to evaluate, identify, simplify and then organize all aspects of your space, stuff, life and YOU.  It is all inter-connected!  Life CAN get messy…and we can help!

I am a proud member of the Professional Organizers in Canada (POC-www.organizersincanada.com), the National Association of Professional Organizers (NAPO-www.napo.net) and the International Association of Professional Organizers (IAPO-www.organizingtheworld.org).  Again, what does this mean to you?  It means that I take my job, my company and my passion for helping organize people very seriously.  I am 100% committed to finding the best solutions to your organizing problems.
