Whether you are climbing the property ladder, downsizing or moving out of province or country Positive Place Design can help you identify what possessions need to go, which are to be retained and then successfully plan those pieces into your new home.

The service starts with a visit to your existing property to establish what possessions are to move to your new home and your design aspirations for your new space. Following a visit to the new property, we will produce a ‘Relocation Report’ including floor plans and design suggestions.

The Relocation Report will identify possessions that cannot be accommodated in the new property or where new pieces are required in your new home, within your budget. Being prepared and organized in this way reduces the risk moving to a new home and not being able to fit your furniture in or finding that your possessions do meet your design aspirations.  This will allow you to dispose of redundant items prior to moving or get a better understanding of what needs to be purchased. The Relocation Report will also be a great help to your packers making the move as smooth as possible
